My name is Christine, and I am just another food blogger who loves connecting with others, sharing recipes, and writing reviews!
One of my biggest regrets was letting my mental health spiral and deter me from doing things I enjoy. Unfortunately, I deleted a blog I put a lot of love, time, and effort into during a few years of battling depression. As a way to bring closure to that time and wanting to grow from being afraid of others, I decided to start a food blog again!
Food is unique in how it brings people together and connects memories for us as humans in many different ways. It is our fuel for physical activity, a source or neurotransmitters giving us joy and satisfaction, a coveted gift in many cultures, and many more things to others. Here you’ll find recipes, food recommendations, and other healthy lifestyle articles.
I hope to connect with more of you in the food and hospitality space, maybe run into some old friends in the process! I’ll be uploading some of my old recipes in the process, as well as continue to upload new writing periodically. Thanks for stopping by!
