You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?
“Lessons are learned during our lifetimes not only as a part of growing up, but also in helping others along their journeys.”
This comes from feeling as if my biggest lesson in life is learning that nobody knows everything, and in order to properly teach others we must constantly be expanding our horizons. Lessons also happen in ways we would least expect them to; sometimes in trying to teach others we end up teaching ourselves. The beauty of learning and growth is that it never stops.
I look forward to learning so much more in the decades to come.
